1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BloomPDF website and services available at bloompdf.io ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
2. About BloomPDF
BloomPDF is an online PDF generation tool developed and operated by [Full Company Name], a company registered in Italy with registered office at [Address], VAT number [Number] (the "Provider"). The Service allows users to import data from spreadsheet files (Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice, OpenOffice, Apple Numbers, CSV/TSV) and generate bulk, professionally styled PDF documents using customizable templates.
A key feature of BloomPDF is that all PDF processing is performed entirely within the user's own web browser, using client-side technologies including JavaScript, Web Workers, and IndexedDB. User files and data are never uploaded to or stored on BloomPDF's servers. The Service is designed for desktop use and is optimized for large-screen devices.

3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or 13 years old where COPPA applies in the United States), or the minimum age of digital consent in your country or region;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws of your country or region.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, including the user dashboard and paid plans, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@bloompdf.io. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
4.4 One Account per User
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free plan restrictions is prohibited.
5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments
5.1 Plans
BloomPDF offers the following plans (always refer to the Pricing page for current rates):
- Free Plan: Access to the PDF generation tool with a watermark on each generated page. No credit card required.
- Basic Plan: Paid monthly or annually. Includes up to 500 PDF pages per month without watermarks.
- Premium Plan: Paid monthly or annually. Includes unlimited PDF pages per month without watermarks.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. BloomPDF does not store your credit card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable under EU law. Users outside the EU are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
5.3 Recurring Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, unless required by applicable law.
5.5 Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis via support@bloompdf.io.
EU/Italian consumers: Your statutory consumer rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Codice del Consumo (Legislative Decree 206/2005) are not affected, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
California consumers: Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA are not affected.
UK consumers: Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create, process, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights by using copyrighted templates, images, or data without authorization;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service;
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service without prior written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts;
- Circumvent plan limits through technical means or by creating multiple accounts;
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure;
- Use the Service to process or generate documents in violation of any applicable regulations (anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, or sanctions regulations).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, interface, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by BloomPDF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide, including Italian law, EU Directive 2001/29/EC, and the US Copyright Act. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.
7.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the data, files, templates, and documents you use within the Service. Since your files are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers, we make no claim over your content.
7.3 Feedback
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution, for the purpose of improving the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All processing of your PDF files, spreadsheets, and data occurs locally in your browser via IndexedDB — no file data is transmitted to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal account data, analytics, and cookies.
We comply with applicable privacy laws worldwide, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA, and other applicable regulations.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (analytics), YouTube (embedded videos) and Iubenda (cookie consent). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BloomPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory laws (including EU, UK, or US consumer frameworks).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BloomPDF from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you create or process using the Service.
13. Service Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.5 US Users (including California): Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or small claims court proceedings depending on the nature and value of the claim, consistent with federal and state law. California residents retain all statutory rights under California law.
14.6 Other Jurisdictions: Users in other countries retain all mandatory rights granted by their local consumer and contract laws, which shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BloomPDF regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
